Abaco Suite

Completely hidden from the street, Abaco Suite vacation rental is near Key West's Historic Seaport, and encompasses the back two-thirds of the first floor of our Grand Marshall Key West ~ West-Bahama Estate. When the estate is not rented in entirety, it may be possible to rent this sun filled ground floor suite as a separate accommodation. Situated in the heart of the Key West Historic Seaport District, this recently renovated elegant space provides 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, large living room, and fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom offers a King size bed and the second bedroom offers a Queen size bed.

Abaco Suite suite has a private entrance. Once inside the spacious living room, open beamed ceilings that are over 12 feet high and painted bright white give an uplifting feel. Recent renovations include travertine marble tile on the floors and granite counter tops in the kitchen.

Furnishings are updated and tropical. Tropical earth tone wicker and wood furnishings create a relaxed and inviting ambience, and six sets of glass French doors open out to the private back and side garden and decks making a perfect setting for indoor / outdoor living. The north side deck offers the private dipping and exercise pool, while the south side provides a large sun deck and swimming pool that is shared with the rest of the estate home. This suite offers two full bathrooms.

When rented as a separate unit, Abaco Suite shares the large swimming pool and sun deck at the Grand Marshall ~ Key West West-Bahama Estate property.

Bedding Summary: 1 king size bed, 1 queen size bed. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa.

Amenities: Modern renovation. Small private pool when this unit is rented separate. Large heated shared swimming pool, large deck, gardens, and privacy fences.  Fully equipped kitchen, central a/c, telephone, cable TV, linens and towels are provided. Washer / Dryer, maid service can be schedules.

Activities: Just a few short streets from Duval Street (remember it takes 3 to 4 Key West streets to make a city block); 2 streets from Key West Historic Seaport harbor where the boats are docked.  Easy walk to Mallory Square Sunset Celebration. Close to adventures and activities including boating, diving, museums, nightlife, shopping, art galleries, a variety of local and international restaurants, coffee shops.  Easy walk or bike ride from this property to several Key West beaches.

Area: Heart of Key West’s designated Historic Seaport District.  This popular and famous neighborhood has many alluring Victorian Homes and cottages.  It has the famous Old Town Key West waterfront and lower Duval Street with waterfront restaurants and bars.

Parking: This home was built in a neighborhood before there were cars. You can park on the street, but we recommend that you park at City of Key West Parking Lot just a few short streets away as most street parking is reserved for permanent residents. From this location you do not need a car. Enjoy walking or biking everywhere you'll see more that way.

Restrictions: Smoke Free house.  Absolutely no pets please.

This property is located in a residential neighborhood where most residents live full time. This neighborhood is most definitely not suitable for staging loud parties. Only well behaved children are welcome. This property is not "child-proof." We do not accept guests less than 25 years of age unless accompanied by a family group or guardian.
