Completely renovated in October 2004, this spectacular first floor accommodation features exquisite furnishings to create a period Victorian parlor style living room, fun loving Hemingway "club style" family room, dining room, and a brand new kitchen styled with granite counter tops, tile floors, and new stainless steel appliances. There are two bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. Ceilings are high 12+ feet. The original ceiling architectural detail still exists. Floors throughout are hardwood or beautiful tile.

Situated in the heart of Old Town Key West in the 500 block of historic Simonton Street, this spectacular suite property encompasses the entire 1st floor of the large Victorian home known as The Watston House, the main house in the Grand Dame Estate. Exquisite Victorian Suite provides approximately 1250 square feet of interior living space. This luxury unit also offers a spacious front porch and covered terraces that opens to the courtyard garden, Jacuzzi, and pool and a large porch with historic street view.

This luxury suite offers 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen sized four-poster bed. The second bedroom is a solarium sunroom with original Cuban tile. This room is versatile. A trundle bed that can used as two twin beds or pushed together to serve as a king bed. A large armoire and cozy linens sets the tone for reading on a lazy sunny day. Both bathrooms are brand new made traditional in style with bright white tile and beautiful fixtures.

This suite is best suited for one or two couples. Older children (pre-teen or older) or infants are appropriate for the unit. Younger children are okay but they must be well behaved. This property is not "child proof." We do not accept guests less than 25 years of age unless accompanied by a family group or guardian. This unit sleeps 4 maximum.

Area: Just a ‘stones throw’ block from Duval St. A few short blocks(remember it takes 3 to 4 Key West streets to make a city block) from the Key West Historic Seaport harbor where the boats are docked.
