When the estate home is not rented in entirety, it may be possible to rent this 1st floor suite as a separate accommodation. Newly renovated, this beautiful space provides 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, and a large living room open to a fully equipped kitchen.

Extra high ceilings that are over 12 feet high give an expansive feel to this Old town Key West suite. Recent renovations include travertine marble tile on the floors and granite counter tops in the kitchen. Furnishings are updated and tropical. Traditional earth tone wicker and wood furnishings create a relaxed and inviting ambience. There is also a large front porch that spans the entire front of this classic revival Victorian house which is private for this unit when it is rented alone.

The private living room of the Green Turtle Suite has multiple sets of French doors on the side wall that open to beautifully landscaped gardens complete with a large sun deck and large shared swimming pool. The carpeted bedroom, with queen sized bed, is located just off the living room. The living room has a queen sized sleeper sofa. This suite offers a full bathroom.

When rented as a separate unit, Green Turtle Suite shares the large swimming pool and sun deck at the Grand Marshall ~ Key West- Bahama Estate property.

Activities: Just a few short streets from Duval St. (remember it takes 3 to 4 Key West streets to make a city block); 2 streets from the Key West Historic Seaport harbor where the boats are docked. Close to Mallory Square and sunset celebration, Old Town Key West retailers. Close to adventures and activities including sailing, boating, diving, museums, nightlife., shopping, art galleries, a variety of local and international restaurants, coffee shops. Close to the beach.

Area: Heart of Key West's designated Historic Seaport District. This popular and famous neighborhood has many alluring Victorian Homes and cottages. It has the famous Old Town Key West waterfront and lower Duval Street with waterfront restaurants and bars,

Parking: This home was built in a neighborhood before there were cars. You can park on the street, but we recommend that you park at City of Key West Parking Lot just a few short streets away as most street parking is reserved for permanent residents. From this location you do not need a car. Enjoy walking or biking everywhere you'll see more that way.

Restrictions: Smoking permitted outside only. Absolutely no pets please.

This property is located in a residential neighborhood where most residents live full time. This neighborhood is most definitely not suitable for staging loud parties. Only well behaved children are welcome. This property is not "child-proof." We do not accept guests less than 25 years of age unless accompanied by a family group or guardian.
