Interior Layout: As a contemporary luxury town home this beautiful property offers a dramatic and spacious layout with features and details that include extra high ceilings, artistic crown molding, lots of windows and French doors, and second floor balcony off the master bedroom. The front entrance is outlined with a stately white picket fence and a little bricked tropical garden complete with sitting porch. The second floor also houses the conveniently located laundry center hidden behind closet doors just outside the bedroom door.

The stair case then leads to the third floor where you find the 2nd spacious bedroom and a full 2nd en suite bathroom. This bedroom has also been furnished with a queen size bed and offers a full size closet. Keeping with the modern tropical theme this bedroom has a bamboo and wicker bed and dresser.

The unique floor plan of this row house incorporates the stair case into the third floor bedroom with dramatic art in the foyer landing and a privacy door at the bottom of the stairs. While there is no balcony on the 3rd floor, large windows invite the sunshine in and offer a nice view of the beautiful grounds below.

Note: Since both the 2nd floor bedroom and the 3rd floor bedroom are separated by entire floors, and each have their own private en suite bathrooms they can both easily function as "master suites." In this sense, this property can be ideal for two couples who both prefer a "master bedroom."

The property is located in a private gated residential complex and is definitely not suitable for staging loud parties. Only well behaved children are welcome. This property is not "child-proof." We do not accept guests less than 25 years of age unless accompanied by a family group or guardian.
