When the estate is not rented in entirety, it may be possible to rent this sun filled ground floor suite as a separate accommodation. Situated in the heart of the Key West Historic Seaport District, this recently renovated elegant space provides 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, large living room, and fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom offers a King size bed and the second bedroom offers a Queen size bed.

This Key West suite has a private entrance. Once inside the spacious living room, open beamed ceilings that are over 12 feet high and painted bright white give an uplifting feel. Recent renovations include travertine marble tile on the floors and granite counter tops in the kitchen.

Furnishings are updated and tropical. Tropical earth tone wicker and wood furnishings create a relaxed and inviting ambience, and six sets of glass French doors open out to the private back and side garden and decks making a perfect setting for indoor / outdoor living. The north side deck offers the private dipping and exercise pool, while the south side provides a large sun deck and swimming pool that is shared with the rest of the estate home. This suite offers two full bathrooms.

When rented as a separate unit, "Abaco Suite" shares the large swimming pool and sun deck at the "Key West-Bahama Estate" property.

Notes: This property is offered as an exclusive vacation rental in Old Town Key West. The property is located in a residential neighborhood where most residents live full time. This neighborhood is most definitely not suitable for staging loud parties. Only well behaved children are welcome. This property is not "child-proof." We do not accept guests less than 25 years of age unless accompanied by a family group or guardian.
