Situated in an historic garden, this one bedroom, on bath court yard suite has been completely rewundernovated with furnished with style. Originally built in the 1930's entirely of wood, the ceiling beams have been exposed to show off the craftsmanship and create a cottage feel. Original plaster walls have been faux painted in muted colors to highlight the artistic textures. Original art graces the walls. The furnishings are tropical and stylish with a combination of wicker, wood, and interesting eclectic pieces throughout.

Double sets of French doors span across the length of the living room and open to the courtyard. Another set of French doors lead from the kitchenette to the back tree garden which has a hot tub. A unique feature is a tropical garden spa that is created by yet another French door that leads from the double sized shower out to the tree garden. This allows you to walk from the hot tub directly to the bath and even enjoy a view of paradise from the shower. The bath room is artistically tiled in marble.

The kitchenette is fully equipped. It is a galley style and has a unique beautiful varnished bar that was created by a craftsman from a mahogany tree that fell in Key Largo during hurricane Andrew. There is a full sized European refrigerator, micro wave, 2 burner stove and a sink. Bedding includes a king size bed. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room. All linens and towels are provided.

Outside the large garden has many varieties of beautiful giant tropical trees including ficus, white birds of paradise, sapidillo, and yellow elder. The giant mahogany tree in the back garden is one of the largest on the island. The garden also has a banana grove, and a large variety of palm trees, ferns and other native plants and flowers.
