Everyone dreams of a sun drenched Caribbean style cottage, like the Sweet Sunshine Garden Cottage, tucked away behind a tall picket privacy fence where flowers drape over the weathered slats. Beyond the gate, only the brick lined crescent shaped pool surrounded by a patio and multi-level decking, make this blissful garden cottage even more ideal to relax, kick back, and escape the pressures of the present. Multiple sets of French doors lead sunshine and fresh air to the open living room - dining - kitchen area. The rooms feel spacious and a nice mix of tropically stylish and comfortable furniture and tasteful artwork make you feel at once at home.

The kitchen for the Sweet Sunshine Garden Cottage vacation rental is a nice size and remodeled with pretty blonde cabinets. A long light green counter top spans between the kitchen and living room so that if you like to cook you can enjoy views of the garden and chat with your mates in the living room. Hanging light fixtures and tasteful back lighting make the entire space even more inviting. Walls throughout are painted in light soothing colors and original light pine planked floors in the living room and bedrooms have been refinished to show the beauty of the wood grain.

Bedrooms are left uncluttered with tasteful and the master bedroom has a queen sized bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. There are two bathrooms. The bathrooms retro-fitted with bright tile and wainscoting, modern fixtures and elegant hardware. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa to offer additional sleeping if desired. Best for up to 4 people but will sleep 6. Two bathrooms make it more comfortable if there are extra people.

Located in the White Street Gallery - Tennessee Williams neighborhood of historic Old Town Key West, this cottage is located off the beaten path yet close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants.

Walk or bike to most Key West Old Town attractions. 20 minute walk (7 minute bike ride) to Duval St. Walk to White Street and Fausto's Fine Food Palace (fine wine, cheeses, and gourmet foods), Sandy's Cafe of Cuban coffee, numerous art galleries and yoga and exercise studios in 3 minutes. Duval Street shops, attractions, and the Historic Seaport District is a 10 minute walk.

Area: This property is ideally located in the White Street Gallery District of Old Town Key West in a historic neighborhood just a few streets from White Street and Higgs Beach. From this location you can quickly walk to Fausto's Fine Food Palace (fine wine, cheeses, and gourmet foods), Sandy's Cafe of Cuban coffee, numerous art galleries (White Street Gallery area), and yoga and exercise studios. Duval Street shops, attractions, and the Historic Seaport District is a ten minute walk.
