"I just wanted to write a short note of appreciation. My husband and I stayed at the Key West Spa Cottage this past weekend. I cannot express enough how amazing the experience was from booking this cottage to staying in it. We needed it for an usual amount of time as we have 5 children and we were flying in for a weekend wedding. The owner was gracious to allow this. Then we arrived early and, again (and this NEVER happens), we were able to check in a few hours early. What a nice surprise to not have to lug our bags around Key West for 4 hours. We were given George’s name to coordinate with and he was an absolute dream!!! Talk about responsive – he would text back within 30 seconds and was always so gracious and informative if we had questions about the pool timers, etc. George was the best!!!
Now, the house – wow – absolutely stunning – spotless and EXACTLY like it looked in the pictures. We were so very appreciative of all the little details that you don’t normally find in a rental house – shampoo in the shower, toilet paper, trash bag liners, paper towels, etc… All those little things you need to run out and buy but the cottage had all that so we could just unpack and enjoy!!! We cannot say enough how much we enjoyed our time especially since we stayed during Hurricane Debbie but we had an absolute blast and adored this house to pieces. Thank you for making every single aspect of renting to staying a pleasure – it was first class all the way. I’ll be sure to recommend only Molly Parker Inc. as the rental agency to work through and we cannot wait for the next time we can escape from the kids and stay in this cottage again!!!

"We had a great time at this house with ~5 couples. Its right around the corner from Duval in a great location. The house had everything we needed, bath/showers, lines etc. It doesn't offer a ton of privacy unless you are in the back house but that should be expected when you are staying in a house like this with so many people and not a 5 star hotel.. The pool and sun deck are great and the indoor/outdoor shower is really cool."

"We stayed at this property recently and was more than pleased! The house could not be in a more perfect location in Key West. Centrally located just off Duval Street, but you would never know it while staying at this house. You can easily get to anywhere in Old Town by walking or quick bike ride. It is beautiful, charming, and quiet. The photos were very accurate to actual appearance. The house and grounds were immaculate. The owners were helpful in answering all of our questions, and the check in process was a breeze. They were also prompt in answering any maintanence phone calls (basically the pool needed to be cleaned after a rain, and they came right over!). I would definitely reccomend this property for 2 couples or a family of 4."

"Took our second trip to Key West this spring and stayed at Coco's for the second time. It is everything you see and more. Very bright and welcoming! Very clean! Walk to Duval St is about 20 minutes which was ok with us. We lounged by the pool by day and walked to town in the evenings. El Siboney restaurant is a great Cuban place right on our way. Love the bread and plantains they serve. Jack Flats is a great sports restaurant with great food. The lazy gecko was a very friendly place, and a few of us tried the bull ride at Wild Bills. Overall was a great trip. Can't wait to win the lottery so we can buy our own piece of paradise."

"This unit was in the perfect location to experience Duval Street and Mallory Square. Close walking distance to everything and yet just far enough away so you do not hear the goings on late at night! The condo was ready when we arrived and spotless. It had everything we needed right down to beach towels and chairs"

"Thank you for the opportunity to rent this home. It was perfect for our guests. The neighborhood was quiet and perfectly located for all of our activities in Key West. The rooms were all nicely appointed. The kitchen was stocked with everything one could possibly need for cooking and cocktailing. The linens were very adequate and of nicer quality than often provided in a rental unit. We will definitely considering renting this unit for any future occasion requiring this much space."
