Area: This area of Key West is often referred to as the Beachside neighborhood due to the close proximity to the southern shore of the island. This part of the island feels like a beach town neighborhood with light ocean breezes, and it's not unusual to see folks walking or biking to Higgs or Smathers Beach in their bathing suits with towel and cooler under arm. A paved biking and walking path stretches along the southern shore dotted with parks and food and water sport concessions making it easy and interesting to stroll or bike. There is a pre-Civil War Fort along the waterfront, the West Martello, that is now home to the Key West Garden Club.
Parking: There is designated parking in gated parking lot for this property. A second car may be permitted. Guests will be given a parking permit for their vehicle. Absolutely no boat, trailer (bike or boat), or RV parking in this parking lot.

“Condo met expectations of what was advertised, pool amenities were fabulous, view made my trip. We have been coming to KW for many years and usually get a compound of a house. This was a very nice change. Perfect for 2 couples (one of which will need to sign up for the bedroom up the stairs-3points of contact recommended-LOL). We will return.

“The condo was perfect for our family! The location is ideal for walking to Duval yet far away from the crowds. Property is beautiful as well.
“We loved the unit and had a wonderful time while there. Two very minor issues were, the TV remotes for xfinity we could not get to work. The TV remote in the downstairs bedroom had no volume control so we just left the tv unplugged. The other issue was the stopper/strainer for the kitchen sink needs to be replace. We never had enough dishes to use the dishwasher but we made everything work. Other than that everything was perfect except the sargassum smell and you have no control over that.
