Tucked away down a garden path in the heart of Old Town, this colorful 1933 cottage is a true hidden gem—completely secluded from the street and surrounded by thriving plant life. It was initially built as a modest island retreat but has been intentionally renovated to feel more modern and spacious, making it the perfect private escape for one or two guests. With a fenced-in yard, charming front porch, and lush tropical foliage, this cottage offers calm island living in an authentic Key West neighborhood.

The cottage’s exterior vibrancy is matched by its interior tranquility. Invigorating sunlight streams through the windows and French Doors to illuminate the smart, open layout of the main space. The full-size kitchen- featuring granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and plenty of cabinetry- seamlessly borders the dining, working, and living area. Clever design details include a built-in Murphy bed for occasional guests and vaulted ceilings with crown molding maximize cabin’s layout. To the back of the cottage is the bedroom, a restful nest with custom storage, a queen bed, and its own French door leading out to the garden. Just outside the bedroom is the spa-like bathroom with a large walk-in travertine shower.
