Key West Truck Becomes a Rolling 'Coral Reef'

Key West island vehicles take on many different forms, some you’ll not see the likes of anywhere else.  Take this unique land-roving Key West truck + coral reef for example.  Here we find a nice truck that’s been artistically “encrusted” with a creative interpretation of a coral reef … complete with swatches of “sea fans, sponges, and barnacles.

Now an art piece rolling around the island, the “reef” on this truck looks pretty realistic to me.  In a split’s second I am reminded about how fragile and beautiful our coral reefs are, how much I’ve enjoyed snorkeling them, and that we do in fact, live on a tiny island just 2 by 4 miles that is but itself a dried up coral reef.
