Off-Duty Santa is caught catching some sun whilst making a list and checking it twice at Rest Beach in Key West near the White Street Pier, while resident chickens, roosters, and a few pigeons idly peck around the grass. Meanwhile, the children of the island are getting pretty excited about his visit next week and are not worried a bit that their houses do not have chimneys. Santa never seems to have trouble finding his way to the Christmas tree.
