Location and Exterior:
Heavenly Hideout is positioned at the end of the road, making it a symbolic destination. The penthouse is discreetly situated in a historic house with Caribbean coral-colored siding and a light blue porch ceiling, emphasizing its Key West charm. The main entrance leads up a traditional wooden staircase to the penthouse, offering a picturesque view of the vibrant urban corner below.

Interior Design:
Recently renovated to modern standards, the penthouse features hardwood floors and numerous sash windows. Local artists, including the Wegman brothers, contributed custom murals that serve as focal points: one depicting the Mile 0 scene in the living area and another showcasing a fantasy tropical garden in the bedroom. The eclectic mix of antique and imported furnishings, along with original artwork, creates a stylish, Bohemian Key West ambiance.

Living Spaces:

Main Area: The open-concept kitchen and living room overlook a back deck and feature retro 1960s-style furnishings, including an apple green sofa and rooster-print chairs. The full kitchen is well-equipped, and a drop-leaf table provides additional dining space.
Second Great Room (“Red Room”): This room is decorated with island-inspired art and contrasting colors, including a large Dominican painting of a parrot and a red hibiscus painting. It features a chocolate brown loveseat, a woven banana grass chair, and an additional kitchen island, ideal for lounging, playing games, or watching TV.
Bedrooms:
Each of the four bedrooms in the penthouse is designed with unique themes and en-suite bathrooms:

Blue Room: This spacious room evokes a beachside retreat with a sea-grass headboard, white cottage-style dresser, and sand-tone accessories. It includes a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and a vanity with a blue fabric chair. The en-suite bathroom has a double shower and a free-standing sink.

Garden Room: Designed to feel like a garden, this room features a custom picket-fence headboard and a hand-painted fantasy garden mural by David Wegman. It has two twin beds with fern-print coverlets and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower.

West Indies Room: Opulently decorated with a dark wood four-poster king-size bed and dark wicker furniture, this room has historic green and tan walls. It includes a walk-in closet, a dark wood vanity, and an en-suite bathroom with a double shower and free-standing sink.

Love Bird Room: A queen-size bed in this bedroom is complemented by lavender, turquoise, and blue decor. It features a wicker furniture set, a Pier One painting of love birds, and a small French-style mirror. The en-suite bathroom includes a bathtub with an in-tub shower.

Outdoor Amenities:
The penthouse offers a serene outdoor space at the back of the property, featuring an in-ground heated pool with a trickling waterfall.
