1. Watch the Boat Parade

The event kicks off with the “World’s Fastest Boat Parade,” where the powerboats slated for competition are paraded through downtown Key West before reaching their final destination in the water, where they’ll show off their true power, precision, and, of course, speed!

Dozens of sleek powerboats cruise through the Key West Harbor, engines roaring and flags flying, as fans line the docks to cheer them on. It’s part boat show, part street festival — and entirely Key West — blending adrenaline, island pride, and that unmistakable Conch Republic spirit.

2. Stroll Race Village and Watch the Boat Races

Throughout the week, visitors can enjoy strolling the Race Village, attending championship celebrations and driver meet-and-greets, and of course —  watching lots of different races, including the Truman Waterfront Cup, Southernmost Continental Championship, and the Conch Republic Championship.

Be sure to check out the official Race World Offshore Key West schedule to plan for which events and races you’d like to attend. While there’s plenty to do each day, not every day is a race day.

3. Race Viewing Cruises

Want to get a little closer to the action? Secure a spot on one of the “watch party” boats for a one-of-a-kind view of the races. You’ll set sail on a spacious, breezy catamaran to a safe, offshore location that offers the perfect view of the boat races, while enjoying food and drink.

  • Barefoot Billy’s Boat Race Viewing Cruise: A half-day on the water serving up picnic-style bites, beer, and wine.
  • Fury Key West Powerboat Race Trip: A full-day adventure on the water featuring breakfast, lunch, and cocktails.

These special tours sell out fast, so be sure to reserve your spot early.
